What you will do
Developing the Spare Parts, Consumable and Accessory product and Services portfolio in Europe working together with the local organization in the Service Channel.
The Service Channel is linked to the Authorized Service Centers or Authorized Service Partners that are visiting the Consumer's home and performing repairs and support.
Main Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibilities in the assigned markets;
- Share with the Country Manager/Service Manager & local organization the responsibility for profit & loss;
- Support local accounts in sales activities;
- Support new product launch execution in the market and take part in Service Conferences related to the Service Network;
- Responsible for the definition and implementation of holistic business growth plans in the assigned markets focused on the following drivers:
- Number of Repairs performed by the Network
- Product line-up & pricing policies
- Revenue-per-call Indexes
- Support the markets in removing any business roadblock such as product availability, quality, and the speed of service of delivery, etc.
- Track and analyze sales & market trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business
- Provide feedback to headquarter regarding new consumer, product & distribution trends in the market
- Provide feedback to headquarter regarding new service trends in the market
- Work together with the HQ and Local team to create and promote bundles and services which should be promoted by the ASA Service Network.
What you need to succeed
- Sales experience in consumer goods industries;
- Strong sales experience in the Traditional Channel (managing field sales/technical sales);
- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Strategic marketing competencies; used to interpreting data and driving value adding insights;
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
- A strong marketing and branding background
- Organized and determined persistent person, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
- Available to frequent travel
- Fluent English, other languages will be beneficial
