What You Will Do: Responsible for coordination of third-party pharma detailers at the national level assigned by territory.

Accountable for achieving channel objectives while supervising detailers' activities, routing, and interactions.

This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day deployment of the Professional Detailing strategy on the field, including: Target segmentation and objectives setting in terms of reach, frequency, and rate of recommendation.

Ensure reach and frequency towards key stakeholders (i. e.

derms, Anti-smoking centers, pharmacies) by optimizing time (time management of detailing resources) dedicated to different activations including OwO, staff trainings, congresses, events, etc.

Designing detailing territories and routing.

Defining specific detailer objectives and KPIs (also on sales force effectiveness).

Ensure compliance with business plan and company policies.

Based on company-defined call objectives and support materials, create the call flow and train the team to execute using selling techniques (including objection handling).

Based on the annual company plan, direct responsibility for the operative organization of key congresses (assure presence prior and during congresses, oversee stand build up, reporting on event).

Coach pharma detailers on key competencies.

Monitor results, implement dashboards, and adjust plans as necessary.

Collaborate with Commercial management (HQ and Field) to ensure activities deployment and detailing cycles on key brands.

Track detailers' performance against objectives; establish performance improvement plans when necessary.

Contribute insights and ideas to the overall company professional strategy.

Create and maintain relationships with KOL and other key stakeholders.

Possibly present at local events and webinars.

What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications:

6-8 years of related working experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Proven track record in delivering results, ownership, and ability to manage complexity.

Proficiency in Italian language; Fluent in English.

Experience in one of the key categories, especially dermatology, is an added benefit.

Experience as a scientific detailer is an added advantage.
