Gain experience in various areas and teams through job rotation, including teams such as Employee Benefits, Private Equity and M&A, Financial and Professional Lines, Trade Credit & Surety, Motor, Marine, Risk Advisory, Claims Advisory, and many more. We will count on you to:Depending on the job rotation, you'll be involved in activities such as:Relationship management: Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts;Insurance coverage: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs;Risk management: Contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients;Growth strategies: Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs. What you need to have: University Degree: Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.
), Law, or Management Engineering Degree achieved within the last 12 months or nearing completion, with a brilliant academic track record;Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English;IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint);Additional Skills: Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities and international experience, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
