We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant in Commercial Print.

In this role you will provide knowledge and support in both pre and post-sales by attending presentations, system demonstrations, installations and implementation planning sessions to ensure client needs are met.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Support sales and internal customers consulting on client requirements proposing technology solutions and business cases.

- Manage the delivery of complex project.

- Gather client feedback and suggest new solutions or make recommendations for improvements to existing products.

**What we ask**:

- Degree in engineering or technical diploma (IT or graphic school).

- Skills related to the printing and graphic arts sector (prepress and color management, reference standards - eg Fogra, production processes, production techniques, dedicated software packages).

- Project Management

- Good proficiency of MS Office and Project Management tools

- Fluent English
