Job Description:Responsibilities:Coordination of technical solutions with Pre-Sale EngineersDeep understanding of customer requirements and customizationsCreation of solutions with detailed technical design and documentation – SoW, LLD, ATPSolution implementation according to agreed schedule and timelinesTroubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during implementation (interaction with the back-office and R&D teams, if needed)Conduct technical workshops and consulting with Customers and partnersEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectivelyRequirements:At least 3 years industry relevant, integration work experience (Networking and Security)Customer orientation and on-site support experienceExcellent knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3 Switching/Routing, L4/L7 switching/load balancingKnowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, IPSecHands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and virtualization products (VMware, KVM)Good knowledge of Linux environment and script writing skills in at least one of the following: Bash, Perl, PythonStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - complex problems debugging and resolutionCommunication and interpersonal skills – written and verbalThe role requires often traveling locally and abroadFluent English communication – written and verbalWillingness to travel up to 50%Advantages:Familiarity with Radware products (preferred), or other Application Delivery products solutionsFamiliarity with DoS attack mitigation solutionsMulti-language ability (English fluency is a must-have and French fluency is a Strong Advantage)
