Each day, you will have responsibility to provide training, education, and sales support primarily to our Veterinary community in Italy and also to our Sales team.

**In this Role**:

This exciting opportunity will entail giving lectures, seminars and lunch & learns on medical and scientific topics related to the Companion Animal Group to our customers.

Additionally, you'll provide medical support to our Italian sales team and will have some responsibilities for maintaining/developing KOL relationship.

Alongside this, you'll be supporting the quality of the medical message and providing medical and market input for marketing decisions and sales materials.

We assume up to 50% of your time will be travelling to visit customers, attend industry events or with the sales professionals to provide medical education and support to their important customers.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A degree in Veterinary Medicine and a relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred

- Strong Veterinary medical and Veterinary diagnostic knowledge

- Excellence in teaching and public speaking

- Ability to conduct effective one-on-one interactions with Veterinarians

- Organizational skills and time management

- Availability for business travel in Italy and potentially in other European countries

- Outstanding communication skills across several stakeholders both internally and externally

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- It's essential you speak Italian and be fluent in business English

- Previous commercial experience is highly beneficial
