Program Analyst (Air Operations)
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (AIR OPERATIONS) in the Commander, Navy Region Europe Africa Central (CNREURAFCENT) Operations Directorate (N3), Department of the Navy (DON), Naples, Italy.
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:
Submitting data for management, related to competitive sourcing, functionality assessment, manpower resources, assorted data calls, and other management areas in support of the command's mission.
Providing actionable reporting information derived from inspections and assessments for the purpose of developing trend analyses.
Reviewing and processing contracts using automated systems (e. g. CAMO and PROTRACK) to support operations.
Leading trade-off analyses and alternative courses of action, quantifying the costs of alternatives, and providing cost savings initiatives and recommendations for improvement to management.
Developing plans of action and milestones in response to program changes.
