You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (COR) assigned to the Director - Fleet Supply, Logistics and Ordnance, N4, Commander Naval Forces Europe and Africa, Sixth Fleet (NAVEUR-NAVAF-SIXTHFLT), United States Fleet Forces Command, Capodichino, Italy.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:Utilizing planning, programming, budgeting and execution systems to determine resources needed;Monitoring contract performance, solving problems, and recommending courses of action to change proposals, claims, and payments;Analyzing the efficiency of the Contracting Officer Representative duties and internal administration to support operations;Preparing technical documentation (e. g. , white papers, issue papers, subject matter briefings) for senior level review with limited assistance.
