You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (SMART GRID ENERGY) in the Facilities Energy Operations Center in the Public Works Business Line, Utilities and Energy Management Product Line of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE Africa Central, located in Capodichino, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing facility, utility, energy and service work data by utilizing existing systems to collect data and establish standards to measure and evaluate performance. Developing energy-related metrics and trend reporting to monitor data and recommend solutions to resolve interrelated energy problems and vulnerabilities. Analyzing various operation systems (i. e. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, and Enterprise Industrial Control Systems) to monitor utility operations. Performing comprehensive studies related to the methods of operations, production problems, work standardization, facilities and equipment to implement effective solutions.
