The goals of the Program are to help students explore career paths, engage in their job search, develop business communication skills, grow their confidence, and ultimately, to grow professionally. The VSB Mentor Program seeks to hire a Program Assistant who will support the VSB Mentor Program Director and Assistant Director in comprehensively promoting and analyzing the VSB Mentor Program. This role is critical to the VSB Mentor Program's continued success and development. Requirements - Sophomore or Junior, minimum GPA 3. 0 - Actively participating in the VSB Mentor Program as a student mentee - Marketing and Analytics experience and/or majoring in these areas Primary Responsibilities Comprehensively promote and analyze the VSB Mentor Program Support Director, Assistant Director and Advisory Board to develop, achieve and exceed goals Identify opportunities to assess, grow and leverage the VSB Mentor Program Identify opportunities to showcase and enhance the student mentee experience Be an ambassador for the VSB Mentor Program, the Advisory Board, and mentoring Intern Responsibilities Lead creation of all VSB Mentor Program promotional content (for communications, website, social media, and Nova Network) including Success Stories, National Mentoring Month, Roundtable and other events, VSB Mentor Program website and brochure updates Lead VSB Mentor Program analytics. Identify trends and opportunities. Lead Advisory Board students and foster an active and engaged community Attend weekly team meetings with Director and Assistant Director Actively participate on the VSB Mentor Program Advisory Board Assist with event planning and special projects Physical Demands Summary This role requires the ability to periodically move a box of brochures and/or stand at an in-person event or in a classroom to be an ambassador for the VSB Mentor Program.
