WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Solution finder and reference for all functions to detail the actions and projects included in the Platform strategy regarding New Product Launches and ongoing product monitoring.

Owner of major KPIs as Time to Market, Quality, Margin targets, Engineering release, FMEA/Design reviews and metrics to follow progress, define priorities, keep tracking the progress, ensure consistency with Financial metrics (Actuals/Budget). Proactive driver for project execution team in supporting & driving Business as Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development Purchasing, Brands Product Management and Quality.

The position reports directly to the Specialty Tractor Product and Platform line Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the schedule and monitor the progress of the activities securing the delivery of the expected results according to the original plan (Investment, BOM, new part release status, specifications, FMEA plan, test plans, sourcing plan, Manufacturing Process Plan, PPAP Plan, etc.

)

- Point of reference for the product line Manager and program execution team for all the engineering, manufacturing launch, prodcut validation and purchasing activities related to the projects development within his/her tractor range all over the organization.

- Identify risks, roadblocks and propose solutions - escalating to the Platform Management.

- Ensure alignment of functions and partners to drive critical topics and elaborate recovery/contingency plan.

- Drive the ongoing product care from launch to launch with solid project management and social skills.

- Support AMS-activities and customer care problem solving.

- Build a bridge between technical knowledge and financial impacts.

Sparring and driver for New Product Launch inside Manufacturing and early stages of Product Development.

- Pull information together for status updates, milestone reviews, readiness reviews, interfacing with the Platform team members ad supporting Business.

- Define the projects development plan, detailing all the contents moving from product requirements into vehicle technical specifications VRD.

- Monitoring the status of projects vs planned to deliver the items incorporated in the milestone ensuring quality of the release, development cost control and product performance, adopting all the actions needed to manage and mitigate deviations.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Technical Bachelor or Master-Degree

- Agricultural Machinery knowledge

- Well-developed technical skills including the ability to persuade and influence others

- Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop the team.

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking, with proactive attitude

- Organized and project management experience

- Be customer focused and results oriented, with a "Can-do" attitude and the ability to work multi -task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment with mínimal supervision

OTHER INFORMATION:

- Self-motivated, independently able to manage workload, excellent time management skills, able to relate well to a diverse multidiscipline development team

- Good interpersonal & written communication skills at all levels from shopfloor to senior management - able to demonstrate good team player skills

- Demonstrated experience in managing Programs/Projects within and for Capital Goods Industry

- Background in the Agriculture/Farming environment highly desirable

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suites

- Language requirements: Fluent in English; Italian is a plus, additional languages are welcome
