M. )Meet with students to discuss goal-setting, healthy habits, and academic confidenceAssist with evening social and learning activities to maximize student engagementOffer support to students who are struggling with coursework, or who need assistance with their acclimation to Villanova20% Program planning and feedbackAttend and participate in planning and feedback meetingsProvide updates to STOVS director and professors regarding student concerns and needsBe available for student questions and concerns via email throughout the programRequirements:Advanced knowledge of student development theoryAbility to provide supportive and constructive feedback to studentsExcellent interpersonal skills to relate easily & effectively with students and staffKnowledge of issues of difference in higher education, particularly educational equityProven ability to use MS Office Suite and Adobe AcrobatPossess traits of good judgment and maturity that align with the University's missionWill be required to work evenings throughout the duration of the programEmployment subject to satisfactory background checkWage Rate: $11. 25/hourPosting Specific Questions Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
