Chamberlain GmbH is looking for a: Program Engineer - New Product Development (m/f/d) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Engineer to lead the development and launch of new products and updates to existing products.

The ideal candidate will be based in either Bergamo, Italy, or Saarbruecken, Germany, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your Tasks: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing development activities for the European product portfolio, including: Visibility studies Risk Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Design Construction Simulation Validation With focus on timely implementation and ensuring the required quality of results in collaboration with globally distributed teams.

Creating and maintaining technical specifications, product documentation, and project plans.

Managing budgets and timelines for respective development projects.

Providing leadership in scope decision-making, analysing results, preparing result presentations with clear conclusions, and reporting to business leaders.

Preparing and delivering project reviews, assessments, and new product reviews, tailored to various audiences.

Your Qualifications: Completed Bachelor degree in Mechanics or Automation.

Several years of professional experience in Project Management Role (3-5 years) Fluent knowledge of English, any other European languages is an advantage Proficiency in FMEA tools, risk analysis (8D, 5Why), and knowledge of mechanics and automation in special machines, knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Windchill would be an advantage A make-it-happen attitude: curiosity and innovative spirit in solving complex tasks.
