Cross-Functional Projects implementation: coordinate transformation, change management and improvements projects

- Active as an innovation agent within the functional perimeter in terms of methods, tools, and processes redefinition in alignment with the market best practices

- Implement new KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes, both internally and externally, and identify new ways to improve processes

- Lead transformation and change management activities supporting the functional strategy definition and implementation

- Coordination of CAPEX and investments for the whole manufacturing footprint in cooperation with Plant management

- Support Project portfolio executive decisions though the preparation of business cases and dashboards on main functional KPIs

We are looking for

- Master's degree in engineering

- Preferably 5 years of strategic management consultancy in a Big Four

- English fluent both written and spoken

- The ability of multitasking and able to manage stress and meet deadlines

- Strong attitudes towards good relationships at all level of the organization
