The Program Manager is accountable for program / project execution in terms of:

Delivery time from TG0 to TG6, Targets achievement (product cost, product technical performances, reliability, etc. )

, NPD process compliance including quality of deliverables.

Your Mission Clarify targets with key stakeholders, define the budget and resources needed, ensure planning to deliver the targets

Transversally manage the assigned resources throughout the project in collaboration with hierarchical manager

Ensure that the program is on track in terms of time from TG0 to TG6 and expenses versus budget

Accountable for targets achievement (e. g.

product cost, product performances, reliability)

Ensure NPD process compliance, including fine tuning the deliverables lists as per the project requirements

Perform program budget and expenses control

Take into account project's risk evaluation, define and execute detailed mitigation plan

Make final technical decision based on input from technical leaders and Steering committees

Drive all the activities needed to deliver projects as per targets

Your Profile Project Management experience, ideally PMI certified

Transversal management experience with multi-site and multi-culture and multi-level interactions

NTD and NPD deep knowledge

Sciforma training (plannification and resources)

Experience in technical development, engineering methods and industrial engineering

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Project Management (ideally PMI certified)
