**ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Program Manager

LOCATION: Hybrid / Milan

TYPE OF CONTRACT: FULL TIME

SALARY RANGE: 38k-48k

**What you'll do**:

- Lead projects to optimize how WeRoad operates internally (working with our People, Sales, Product and Customer Excellence teams)

- Coordinate the implementation of 3rd party solutions (Zendesk, Personio, Microsoft Dynamics, etc )

- Own the implementation of low code internal solutions to make WeRoad more efficient (N8N, ReTool, Appsmith)

- Lead a team of project managers, engineers and external contractors to implement the solutions needed

- Have a seat at the table, and work with other senior stakeholders to prioritize, scope and implement solutions using 3rd party tools and low code platforms

**What you must bring to the table**:

- 3+ years' hand-on experience mapping business processes and improving them, implementing 3rd party solutions

- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects across departments and coordinating with external suppliers

- 2+ years of experience managing people

- Technical understanding of how low-code platform work
