Program Manager

GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.
Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.
Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1. 000 people.
The candidate will be part of the team in charge of the creation of the new GOSP Delivery Center focused on the provisioning of a core insurance solution at Group level.
Such initiative is highly strategic and requires a team of professionals able to guide it from a managerial and operational point of view, acting as agents of the transformation.
We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for planning and governance and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program's output/product, coordinating the projects and their interdependencies and stakeholders.
Main Responsabilities:
Project monitoring (timing, costs, quality and risks)Coordination of the activities among different work groups involved in the operative activities (IT, business, operations team, supplier, …)Organization and management of project meetings with the different business functions involvedDrafting and management of the various level reporting also if to be addressed to the top managementProject resource allocation managementProactive monitoring of the status review, analysis of deviations and definition of eventual corrective actionsManagement of the relationship with other ongoing projects and evidence of impacts, support in the contingency solution detectionRequirements:
Knowledge about Project Management methodologies (e. g. , PMI, Agile) and proven experienceMastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint)Fluent in EnglishPreferable knowledge of a second language (i. e. , ES, DE)Expertise in international transformation programsPreferable expertise in the insurance domainSkills:
Outstanding communication and relational skillsStrong goal driven mindset, initiative, autonomy and proactivityAnalytical, synthetical and presentational skillsSpecial capabilities in complex problems solvingTeamwork orientationAdditional InformationContract Type: Permanent
