You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Strategy and Future Requirements (N5) Code for Commander, Navy Region Europe Africa Central (CNREURAFCENT), Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Headquarters of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing policy in the areas of Installation Management, Installation Planning, and Investment programming to allow the development of Region-wide policies for planning; Applying a knowledge of program planning techniques, financial management and budgeting policies, principles, and procedures to develop long-range plans and to develop and execute budgets and to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met; Utilizing an expertise in Navy and Joint planning to readily convey expertise in team settings and to inform or support senior leader decision-making.
