Program Manager
What can you expect?
The position is part of Claims Europe Transformation Office and involved in the core team of regional/global transformation programs.
It is responsible for collaborating with Senior Leaders across the organization to develop and execute plans to analyse and standardize processes, ensure the successful implementation of change and technology projects, improve operational capabilities (onshore & offshore), and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Main responsibilities include:
- Monitor the projects of the Transformation Program from initiation through delivery.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Collaborate and use data to analyse new opportunities
- Utilize project and change management methodology to enable effective execution
- Lead and leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
- Manage stakeholders across functional/business/country organizations to create buy-in and engage them for the deployment and success of their initiative(s).
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, business experts, IT delivery team, and external vendors.
- Build financial and operational models to simulate various scenarios and guide management decisions
- Lead meetings cross-functional teams and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/technology
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis + Project Management experience in a consultancy firm or highly-structured company
- Past experience in complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing data
- Recognized as problem-solver
- Proficient Italian and English
