Do you want to work inside a motivated, high-energy team and be impactful on the delivering of groundbreaking projects for the Expedia Group's Customers and Partners across the world?

Operating within EG Marketplace, the Delivery Enablers Team enable multi-functional, cross-brand and cross-business teams to release Products through Program Support, Agile Coaching and Planning.

We focus on leading, sustaining and completing projects across EG Marketplace Lodging and beyond!

- Specifically for highly elaborated programs with dependencies and teams right across the business.

**What you will do**:

- Integrate timelines and landmarks across projects, identifying areas of alignment or dependency

- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks demonstrating experience to anticipate risks in advance of impacts.

- Keep relevant collaborators knowledgeable of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project timeline

- Lead implementation teams ensuring the efficient execution of innovative ideas or approaches.

- Facilitate team-working and cooperation with different teams and actors with multifaceted perspectives to develop effective solutions to issues.

- Stay up to date on industry directions and act as a guide on the Agile software development practices, mentoring other people when needed.

- Understand any individual part of the Product Development Lifecycle.

- Build working relationships with collaborators and rapport to become a trusted advisor.

- Use written and verbal interpersonal abilities to proficiently convey technical and business concepts to senior management and part of executive leadership.

**Who you are**:

- An authoritative PM - someone who has seen project delivery in action, got the battle scars and with examples of turning projects around.

- Inspiring changes within delivery with the ability to pick something up and just run with it!

- Exhibits storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships.

- Proactively supplies to cross team-working and leads alignment of work with broader initiatives tailoring messaging to people and filters relevant communication.
