**Your Challenge

- Driving and supporting existing pricing initiatives at the SI Competitiveness Program focusing on Artificial Intelligence based and value-based pricing solutions

- Supporting change management and communication activities to generate organizational buy-in and usage as well as acceptance of implemented solution

- Providing mentorship in regards of solution testing and user training as a part of the roll out activities

- Enhancing existing reporting features and capability for usage monitoring and impact calculation

- Supporting development of existing solutions into a pricing suite focusing on digital and AI-based methods.

- Translating business requirements into data science related data and AI model related tasks and acting as interface between business and data driven environments.

- The identification and reflection on methods and process improvements to support strategic and operational decision-making in pricing

- Taking over any ad-hoc topics as assigned

**What you need to bring with you

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, business informatics or comparable education

- Experience in working as a pricing analyst, business analyst, consultant, or project manager preferably within an international company

- Experience with Artificial intelligence (AI) & internal process digitalization projects

- Very good project management skills

- You convince us with your excellent communication, presentation and professional networking skills

- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience in Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI as a plus.

- Desire and drive to future leadership roles

- Proficiency in English, German language skills would be a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills, passion, and a can-do attitude

- Good communication and negotiation skills in order to handle expectations

- The ability to use your initiative and making decisions even under stressful conditions

- You have excellent skills in managing difficult collaborators

- You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the tenacity, confidence and resilience to deliver high quality results

- Furthermore, good facilitation and analytical skills are required
