Amazon Shipping is looking to hire a Program Manager to join the EU Operations Strategy, Integration, and Programs team.

As a Program Manager within Amazon Shipping's EU Operations Strategy team, you'll execute and drive transformational programs that enhance our logistics network.

This role combines operational expertise with program delivery capabilities, requiring strong analytical skills and execution excellence.

Key job responsibilities:

Be a critical part of the Amazon Shipping Program Management Office (PMO) team, improving ways of working and process standardization across the EU operations organization. Key partner for Amazon Shipping Product and Tech, Finance leaders, and EU Amazon Operations partner program management teams. Be a critical advocate and influencer of the business with partner teams and stakeholders. Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Biz, Product, and Ops teams. Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical programs are being delivered on schedule and to the standards expected. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience in program or project managementExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience defining and executing program requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience leading process improvementsExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedules
