**About the Company**: for an important Company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for **1 Program Manager**.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- As a Program Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects, making sure that they are completed on time, within budget, and with a specific focus on the satisfaction of our clients, both external and internal.

- You ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards through rigorous quality assurance testing and measures of their impact.

- You communicate the projects' status and progress to stakeholders, senior management and clients, as well as ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

- You coordinate content management activities in order to promptly deliver client customizations.

**Requisiti**:

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical university, or comparable experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, leading cross-functional technology programs and projects

- Strong project management skills on software development projects, with a specific focus on product development lifecycle management, from conception to delivery to performance measurement and continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects

- Ability to own and drive problems to resolution with mínimal guidance

- Full proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday and Asana

- Experience with collaborative tools for interface design, such as Figma

- Experience with full software development lifecycle - Design, Development, Test, Build, Deploy

- Experience working successfully in highly Agile teams

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or onsite environment

- A great positive attitude with the goal to continuously learn and improve

- Previous experience as a web developer or UX specialist
