Azure Customer Experience FastTrack for Azure (FTA) team helps customers accelerate their move to Azure, getting them on track to ? build right the first time? .

FastTrack for Azure takes a solution-centric approach, providing customers with access to Microsoft Azure engineers, tools and best practices to increase and accelerate customer success in leveraging the benefits of consuming Azure services.

The FastTrack for Azure team is looking for you:

aProgram Managerwho brings great teamwork, high-energy & positive attitude and results-oriented execution to the business.

This role is integral to onboarding tooling and automation processes that support our FastTrack for Azure business.

**Responsibilities**:

Building or onboarding new tools and automation into a supported portfolio for FastTrack to leverage

Effectively managing tooling readiness and strategy including lifecycle, tracking, and reporting

Utilizing standard project management methodologiesin driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable tooling onboarding processes

Connecting with internal teams in order to understand business processes, clarify requirements and work on new solutions to increase teams' productivity

**Qualifications**:

Proven experience in data-driven roles supporting technology company

Program or Product Management experience is required

Exposure to Python or R or any form of visualisation reporting like Power BI

Technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies.

MS Azure is preferred

Developer background or good understanding of development concepts preferred

Excellent and demonstrated problem-solving abilities; ability to program manage effectively

Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively manage multiple priorities
