**Role Summary

A **Junior Programme Manager** supports IQVIA Senior Program Managers for Client service and is involved and has responsibilities on multiple Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients, with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIA's experience, expertise and capabilities.

You will work with Senior Programme Managers on the design and delivery of Support Programmes to Clinical Centres and Patients to improve the overall experience along the Patient Journey, enable better access to therapy and correct adherence.

**Responsibilities**:

- assigned on 2-3 Programs; ensure daily operations and support processes to deliver planned activities.

- Support Junior Client managers supporting Senior Programme Managers in Senior Client relationships.

- Provide Management reports relating to Programmes operations, finances and performance.

- Ensure that staff and teams maintain effective communication and working relationships with all other departments.

- Support in designing, delivery and management of innovative solutions, projects for Clients.

- Co-ordinate resources and internal functions dedicated to the execution of Programmes.

- Work with line manager to ensure that any study, staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved.

- Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines/policies and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure that staff work according to the schedules and timetables established with the Client for the conduct and completion of the studies.

- Act as the main point of escalation and problem solver for Project Management
