Description: 100% Remote (if located near an Intel site the person may be asked to occasionally travel to the office) Must work PST business hours and a minimum of 2 nights per week working in the PST evening hours to support India team members Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED) in a Business or Technology discipline and 9 years of work related experience Laptop provided The IT Supply Planning Program Manager coordinates work performed by IT teams and system integrators by developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation progress tracking change control process testing documentation training with ontime delivery within budget constraints.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Drive coordination between IT teams System Integrator (SI) teams and business stakeholders on daytoday program execution.

Plan define and track key build/test/execution milestones identifying and mitigating schedule delays on a proactive basis.

Proactively document and manage risks and issues with appropriate management and stakeholder escalation.

Resource planning to ensure appropriate team resources are available to meet deliverables and schedules.

Provides input to the organizational budget and forecasting process.

Provides leadership for the technical project team and act as a key interface to the business program manager.

Provide clear status reporting updates to various management forums.

Drive stringent change management of scope; balancing business criticality and impact to IT delivery quality and schedule.

A successful candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits: Experience utilizing program execution methods around schedule creation and tracking risk management definition tracking and mitigation resource planning team minutes creation AR tracking budget tracking.

Manage complex enterprise transformations crossing multiple business units and functional disciplines.

Ability to communicate clearly and directly with IT and business stakeholders across many Intel sites and countries at all levels of the organization.

Ability to set clear objective/timelines and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while driving clarity.

Strong problemsolving decisionmaking leadership communication and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with crossIntel stakeholders at an executive and senior management level; can tailor a message to the audience.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
