Talent Development team is seeking a Program Manager to implement the learning and knowledge solutions to employees.

The Program Manager will execute the learning and knowledge strategy to implement new tools and products.

They will evaluate how to best deploy and scale established and emerging technologies, and will help build the roadmap to overhaul our platforms and systems.

They will simplify existing solutions and processes, and design new solutions that are secure, scalable, reliable, and performant.

The Program Manager will dive deep to better understand the customer, their business needs, and their technology challenges.

They will collaborate, across functions and regions, with key stakeholders, customers and internal teams, to influence technology decisions to meet business objectives.

Key job responsibilities Audit and identify gaps and limitations in the team-'s current technology and systems, and develop strategic solutions that elevate the team-'s products and services.

Collaborate with teams to identify innovative technology ideas, processes, and practices that will improve learner experience.

Work with customers to design solutions to difficult problems faced by our customers and their use of our technologies; and help customers identify both the opportunities and risks with their technical decisions.

Actively collaborate with internal and external teams, leveraging diverse perspectives in your decision-making.

Engagement with IT and business teams, and help ensure timely and successful delivery of value.

Partner with the Analytics team to establish key metrics, reporting, and dashboards.

Work with customers to design solutions to difficult problems faced by our customers and their use of our technologies; and help customers identify both the opportunities and risks with their technical decisions.

Actively collaborate with internal and external teams, leveraging diverse perspectives in your decision making.

Own technical engagement with IT and business teams, and help ensure timely and successful delivery of value.

Partner with theAnalytics team to establish key metrics, reporting, and dashboards.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor-'s degree from an accredited university Four years-' experience in cross-functional product or program management experience in a business, operational, or technical setting.

Familiarity with how to manage a learning technology platform aligned to business objectives and learner needs.

Ability to present your ideas with a high degree of comfort to executives, IT management, and developers.

Exent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations Ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using judgment and data.

Experience implementing and improving knowledge management and learning experience programs.
