Job description:

Were looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join the Enterprise Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Operations, the Program Manager develops the operational strategy and overall solution for Translateds Enterprise accounts.

The Program Manager will work hand in hand with the Account Manager to develop and ensure adherence to the overall account framework and objectives, working as the main facilitator across the entire account team including members of Project Management, Quality Management, and Tech. Main responsibilities:

Define and formulate the service delivery for enterprise accounts with the Account Management teamFoster relationships and partner with key stakeholders to define the cross-functional roadmapCoordinate the activities of the Project Management, Quality Management, Tech, and other teams to achieve the overall program goals and objectivesPeriodically review processes and technology to guarantee quality of service and innovation, focusing on analyzing & optimizing the localization workflowManage communication around program status and planning and be the POC for the client for any operational aspects of the programEnsure adherence of the quality of service (OTD, Quality) to the contractual agreementsTrack, manage and report on internal KPIs of revenue and profitabilityReport potential expansion opportunities to the Account Management teamRequired experience, skills and qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in the localization industryAt least 3 years of experience in program management, project management or account managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExceptional problem solving/critical thinking skillsThorough understanding of projectmanagementLean Six Sygma certification is a plusExperience working with a high-performance, collaborative teamIndependent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and dynamicAbility to work effectively under pressure to meet challenging goalsBenefits and PerksCompetitive and exciting work environment.
