Further, you will contribute to the improvement of Projects' Performance and Facilitate Decision Making through effective Governance and fact-based reporting.

Manage and lead a Program Core team, consisting of representatives across all functions within the organization.

Oversee plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure objectives are accomplished within the required time frame, budget, and product cost parameters.

Must demonstrate ownership and leadership to get the job done. Manage Program from concept initiation to full production delivery, interfacing with internal customers and department personnel.

A Program can include multiple projects. Create, plan and manage program budgets. Create and manage program schedules.

Working with functional managers to establish WBS tasks with schedule and resources assignments for each phase of the program. Organize program activities and interdepartmental meetings.

Your skills and your self-driven attitude will be valued along with the following expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, time-critical and significantly complex projects in a high-tech industry (Hardware / Software / Mechanical) with cross-functional teams. Languages: Italian and English. Ability to create and manage complex schedules in MS Project. Project and Product Portfolio Management (PPM) tool usage experience is a plus. Data analysis and presentation skills: must have analytical skills and synthesis ability to understand a complex picture and clearly create and communicate the relevant summary. Basic understanding and use of SAP desired. Solid understanding of Stage and Gate process and New Product Development management techniques (GANTT, WBS, Risk Management, etc). Timely reporting of roadblocks, to avoid getting stuck and losing efficiency. Decision-making mindset, especially within tight time constraints and possible limited information.
