Our client is a cutting-edge advanced manufacturing company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and is seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join a dynamic team.

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of the products and teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the strategic goals acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the products.

Ensure technical decisions align with long-term business objectives.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

Remove impediments and coach the team to become self-organized.

Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.

Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team culture.

Identify and address team members' development needs.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align on priorities.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements Strong technical background as an Engineering Manager, Program Manager, or Software Team Lead preceded by a technical background in one of the following areas: software engineering, technical lead, product owner, DevOps or System Architect.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Understanding of C#, . Net, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
