MEOTEC is an operational consulting company that supports its customers in the management of their projects and their transformations.

Works in many sectors such as Mobility, Financial Services, Health, Aerospace and Defense.

For one of our important customers in the insurance sector we are looking for a Program Manager Freelancer.

- Expertise in program management, and in complex international context, to scope, align objectives and set up overall planning (identified needed resources, work packages and allocation according to internal capacity);

- Expertise in Insurance program or Travel sector;

- Mastery of program governance and steerco animation: prepare stakeholder documentation in order to support decision/arbitration, perform risk management, report progress per countries and per work stream (Contract, Product/UW, Compliance, Finance, IT, Data, Operations);

- Mastery of operating model design and Travel insurance structure while ensuring alignment with client standards through the overall onboarding;

- Deep expertise in communication and written and verbal client-facing;

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

- IT skills to coordinate the overall infra set up;

- Languages: English and Italian (native or near-native), French would be a plus.

Contratto di lavoro: Collaborazione

Durata contratto: 8 mesi
