**Responsibilities**:

**Two core rotations, 9 months in duration**:

**Sales**: Develops rapport and builds relationships; uses open questioning techniques to ascertain customer's needs and has a good working knowledge of key brands to open opportunities for the team to sell.

Uses customer troubleshooting opportunities to grow and protect the business.

**Marketing**: Participate in key commercialization activities such as developing campaigns, messaging, and positioning, as well as contributing to the future of Stryker's portfolio

**One supporting rotation, 6 months in duration**:

Support function: Exposure to European Business Enablement functions such as human resources, finance, RAQA and customer service.

What you need

- University degree completion and maximum 1 year of work experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written **English and Italian**:

- October Start Date

- High standard of integrity and ability to meet deadlines

- Outgoing and persuasive manner to deal with people who hold differing beliefs/values

- Demonstrated teamwork and networking skills

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

- Ability to exercise independent judgment

- Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Proven leadership and business acumen skills

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Project management experience preferable
