Programme Director
Main duties and responsibilities:* Collate all information including the key project description, product specifications, performance attributes, cost and quality targets, product development resources requirements, investment and key program performance indicators.
* Define the various program phases, and establish an appropriate cadence and time objectives, master timeline, program milestones and review gates to meet project goals and organisation objectives.
* Perform an interdepartmental coordination role to ensure every function meets their respective program goals. Leadership and Strategy* Ensure the execution of programme objectives, utilising organisation capabilities to meet expectations and ensure that these are appropriately integrated with other planning processes in the company.
* Provide outstanding leadership, modelling the values, to motivate staff and other stakeholders to deliver the innovative products.
Governance* Develop and implement robust procedures, process, and project management techniques / mechanisms to supervise all programs and to allow for accurate and timely reporting.
* Work with the CEO and Senior Management Team in ensuring the organisation operates within its legislative frameworks and discharges its corporate duties in all jurisdictions that it operates in.
