Social network you want to login/join with: Client: Sidel Location: Parma Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Reference: 73bb00f0d7cd Job Views: 8 Posted: 22. 01. 2025 Expiry Date: 08. 03. 2025 Job Description: Contract Type: Fixed term Your opportunity: The role of Programme Management Office Analyst is to support the Programme Management Office Team including: tracking status of programme deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; programme level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops. Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Head with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives. At times the PMO Analyst may be asked to provide project support, when this is the case this will include, amongst other things, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, help acquire the necessary resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements. The role is for a fixed-term period of 2 years. Your Mission: Focus on the implementation and execution of internal projects (Leading Excellence program) Work with Head of PMO seeking contributions from Program Managers and Finance/HR/Comms Partners Update repository of templates to support Programs and Projects Attend to meetings, prepare and review Steercos and Reviews, support to GLT meetings preparation Follow up of Sciforma, Risks, lessons learned Implement Sidel's governance standards, Program tracking and status updates Continue to evolve processes and templates throughout LE Manage communications from the PMO Ensure update of documents in Sharepoint Organise workshops Your Profile: Previous experience as PMO Consulting (Strategy or Operations) background Proficient in use of Excel and Powerpoint J-18808-Ljbffr
