There are core teams for each of the pillars at a global level, plus each region has a team that adapts global programmes and strategies to the local markets and drives region-specific strategy and initiatives.
**What we expect of you, day to day.
**Responsibilities
- Supporting the design and implementation of strategic programmes and initiatives across the European region
- Specific focus on the implementation of Recommerce strategic platform and the long-term transformational strategy to accelerate the transition to an inclusive circular economy by enabling more sustainable choices for individuals and businesses; as well as driving implementation of Financial Education programmes in Europe
- Work closely with the programme lead to refine scope, deliverable and success metrics
- Consulting with key stakeholders and rapidly assessing project needs to determine and execute the most effective project approach to meet objectives and drive business outcomes
- Support the initiative lead in contributing towards the go-to-market plan, including development and delivery of sales content, training, tools, and client facing materials
- Supporting cross functional project teams working across the European region as well as the Global Inclusive Impact & Sustainability functions, ensuing effective and timely execution of activities
- Supporting external partner management activities, cadence of engagements and meetings, and delivery of individual projects
- Work with initiative lead to build a stakeholder map across Visa to ultimately determine collaboration opportunities and joint execution against programme
- Leading on preparation for the key external and internal events, including preparation of materials, presentations and stakeholder management
- Collaborating with the European cluster and market teams on designing market level activities linking to the programme objectives and providing required hub-level support
- Supporting the design and delivery of the pan-European employee engagement and educational programmes, working with the internal Corporate comms team and Learning
- Owning content maintenance, development and delivery for the Inclusive Impact & Sustainability Compass page as well as external online content
- Facilitating the creation and syndication of regular updates and reporting to all levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives
- Able to set priorities, effect change, manage expectation through influence and partnership, suggesting tactics and strategies to address any challenges, issues and opportunities
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
