Requisiti:

Laurea in architettura, ingegneria, project management o equivalente, come minimo. Esperienza di almeno 5-10 anni nella gestione di progetti di medio volume in complessi di lusso (via preferenziale l'esperienza nel settore hospitality). Esperienza nella gestione del processo di autorizzazione e nei rapporti con la giurisdizione locale. PMP o qualifiche simili costituiscono una via preferenziale. Buone capacità di scrittura tecnica, di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione (sia interna che esterna). Disponibilità a trasferte Attitudine al lavoro in team, affidabilità e flessibilità. Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Project & Construction manager in Milan.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction, project management or equivalent. 5-10 years' experience. Professionally qualified to PMI preferable. Experience of new-build and/or refurbishment projects especially with hospitality and residential sector ideal. Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external). Availability for travel A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.
