Scope and Purpose IMICIBIT + IMICIBEX

Supporting senior team members in the origination, evaluation, structuring and day-to-day management of projects including:

- preparation of presentation material to clients

- critical review of Due Diligence reports

- build and/or reviewing of complex financial and business models

- review of financial documentation (TS / Loan Agreements /Security Docs)

- manage and oversee internal admin requirements including internal pricing and rating assessment

- interact with other internal functions (coverage / Credit / Syndicaiton)

- portfolio management

Required Experience Minimum 4-5 years' experience either in project / acquisition finance departments of investrment banks / infra funds / Large Corporates or advisory / auditing firms.

High proficiency on financial modelling will constitute adistinctive plus.

- Experience in project financing and acquisition financing transactions in the energy - infra sectors both in Italy and in foreign markets

- Strong analytical and credit skills coupled with commercial judgement

- Good financial modelling skills including cashflow and financial ratio analysis as well as capability of reviewing/ building complex PF/acquisition financial models

- Good knowledge of ITA GAAP / IFRS accounting principles and of main financial documentation items

- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask

- Proactive, with self-motivation and an ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines

- Willingness to learn attitude and an analytical mind-set

- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Certain level of experience with macros and Visual Basic is a strong plus
