The Milan Research Team seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support technical teams, streamline project workflows, and coordinate business activities. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of internal processes, organize team-building events, and monitor project milestones, addressing any issues that arise. Location: MilanContract: One-year contract, with the possibility of renewalSalary: Approximately €30, 000 per yearKey Responsibilities:Project Operations Support: Assist technical teams in project development and implementation within the lab. Process Management: Handle key processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and asset management using digital tools. Meeting Coordination: Organize regular business meetings, tracking and following up on open issues to ensure timely resolutions. Team Engagement: Plan and coordinate team-building initiatives and workshops to foster collaboration and engagement. Skills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects and processes. Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in organizing large events or conferences is a plus.
