International Operational Excellence and local Consumer and Commercial businesses are partnering to establish a centralized AML program designed to accelerate progress in delivering on Business KYC and other AML obligations.

The program will focus primarily on defining a robust and sustainable AML KYC framework that can demonstrate

- Robust, sustainable processes that drive a high degree of quality with effective controls and rigorous business testing

- An optimized customer experience and servicing strategy

- Strong business governance and accountability

The **Project Analyst AML KYC Enablement & Deployment Italy** will support the delivering and monitoring of the programs required to enhance the first lines' ability to adhere to AML KYC regulatory requirements in Italy.

This exciting role will require strong experience of Project Management and the ability to carry on multiple workstream simultaneously.

**_Responsibilities_**:

Reporting to the AML KYC Enablement & Deployment Project Manager, this role key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support the project tasks to remediate KYC data gaps in Italy, supporting the program coordination and tracking of all data remediation activities.

- Supporting the execution and delivery of other AML/KYC related projects,

- Support the management of risk & issues actively, working to put in place mitigation efforts and tracking those through to completion, ensuring escalation where required.

- Management of OREs relating to AML KYC

- Support the delivery of ad hoc analysis in response to AML / KYC tracking and monitoring efforts and report, on a regular basis, the KYC related metrics

- Support the management of International AML Audits, including MAP and RAP closures

- Ability to drive innovation and change in a challenging environment

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high quality documentation

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment.

- Very good relationship skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and gain their trust

- Must be able to multitask, comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines, imperfect information, and high degrees of ambiguity.

- Fast learner, able to understand operational processes & capabilities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Italian), with an ability to craft messages that clearly and succinctly communicate key messages for internal and external audiences.

- Knowledge of KYC and AML/CFT environment is beneficial but not mandatory
