**Your Challenge

- Support the business, managing standard and key projects, be early involved, if vital, in bid phase and being a technical landmark for the colleagues.

- Ensure the technical integrity or the project including the compliance with the technical scope and project specification.

- Prioritise multiple small projects and will work directly with clients to ensure results fall within the applicable scope and budget.

- Use specific project engineering software tools and costing, configuration and ordering Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear.

- Be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline and constants relationships with the factories and subcontractors.

- Influence the main partners and the Customer's "Decision makers".

- Ability to handle all the customer requirements and work closely with the sales department to identify and manage potential critical issues.

- Be responsible for technical and financial stage (profit and loss).

**What you need to bring with you

You should already have proven experience in management and/or design of Medium Voltage Switchgear, together with:

- competences in LV switchgear, busduct and MV/LV transformers are welcome;

- Experience in Project Management is a plus;

- Nice to have Electrical Engineering Degree;

- Skill to lead multiple small/medium project simultaneously;

- Teammate ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;

- Proficiency in English

- Ability to work in a changing environment

- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
