We are looking for a Project and Program Manager to join our Professional Services Competency Center to establish and maintain strategic University relationships and to drive the partners responsible for the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and initial training of new graduate hires.

You will extend the brand of CCH Tagetik to University communities by working with educators to incorporate the training of CCH Tagetik products and services into university curriculum, assisting students with thesis related our technology, preparing students for future careers, it's partners and clients.

In addition, will support attracting best Talents of the Italian universities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- You will set-up the Tagetik Campus Program and coordinate the full process and execution of the program from establishing University relationships through completion of bootcamp / initial training and onboarding.

- You know where and how to identify and influence partners in the University system, to incorporate CCH® Tagetik related training into university curriculum

- You have the freedom to creatively establish, maintain and grow strategic university relationships.

- You will work with Talent Acquisition, Tagetik Academy and other teams to ensure potential employees have an amazing participant experience during university training programs, employee assessment and selection activities, bootcamp / initial training and on-boarding processes.

- You will set-up, coordinate and project manage the Tagetik Campus Program and execution

- You will work with multiple stakeholders to understand training needs

- You will identify and support the selection of university partners in Italy and set-up and maintain strategic relationships- You will work with Tagetik Academy and other training partners to build and ensure the successful completion by new Talents of bootcamp and onboarding sessions addressing soft skills training and role playing- You will coordinate support from Talent Acquisition for negotiating agreements with external recruitment programs and agencies

- You will support the Talent Acquisition team in overseeing the quality and compliance of the recruiting process from end to end and will continue to make CCH Tagetik a Divers and Inclusive workplace where all are welcome

- You will proactively work with Consulting managers to help them identify and tailor ad-hoc assignments, understanding pipeline of potential projects and staffing requirements for the initial Working & Learning experience.

- You will measure and control the costs and results of the Tagetik Campus Program including the end-to-end process

- You will be part of Professional Services Competency Center (PSCC) EMEA, reporting to the Director of the PSSC EMEA

- You will work in Lucca offices with the option to work from home as well for 2 days a week

Job qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree, preferably Business-related field or in Training

- 5+ years of experience in the role ( preferably in almost one of these area: digital/consulting/client management/project management/ training/talent acquisition within a fast-moving, dynamic international company)

- Strong customer facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders

- Demonstrated project and program management- Ability to juggle several tasks at once, prioritizing activities and time, being ready to step outside of job description if needed

- Excellent client management, communication, coordination and project management

- Strong negotiation skills and strong problem-solving ability

- Fluency in Italian and English.

- Another European language will be an advantage.
