We are looking for a Project and Service Agreement Manager for Building Automation and Fire and Security systems, to be hired with a permanent contract in Firenze within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area. As a senior Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager , your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate. Some of the main activities will be to: Guarantee customer satisfaction; Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same; Perform and manage project risk analysis; Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs; Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order; Coordinate overall project planning and decide on resource allocation by monitoring work progress; Organize project meetings and be responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders; Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority; Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e. g. code of ethics; tax regulations; export control, EHS).
