We are looking for a Project and Service Agreement Manager committed to Building Automation and Fire and Security systems, to be hired with a permanent contract in Rome within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area. From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. As a senior Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager, your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate.

Some of the main activities will be to:Guarantee customer satisfaction;Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same;Perform and manage project risk analysis;Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiates actions to minimize non-compliance costs;Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order;Coordinate overall project planning and decide on resource allocation by monitoring work progress;Organize project meetings and be responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders;Manage and motivate the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority;Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e. g.

code of ethics; tax regulations; export control, EHS).
