Main Role:The Project Assistant supports the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle, handling management and supervision tasks to alleviate the team's workload. Key Responsibilities:1.

Project Team Support:- Assisting in project management tasks, including flight/hotel bookings if required. 2.

Document Control:- Managing project documentation (registration, archiving, and internal distribution). - Preparing documents (covers, indexes, layouts) and PowerPoint presentations. 3.

Subvendor Expediting:- Monitoring and handling suborders (documentation and materials) via ERP, email, or phone. - Coordinating internal transportation of goods. 4.

Quality Control (QC) Activities:- Managing material testing notifications with subvendors/customers alongside the Quality Control Coordinator (QCC). - Supporting inspection schedule management. 5.

Additional Tasks:- Updating and monitoring job cost controls via ERP. - Preparing Spare Part Lists/SPIR forms and assisting in final shipping activities. - Archiving email correspondence. Qualifications:- University degree preferred. - Fluency in English and Italian (French is a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software. Skills:- Strong listening, communication, and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. - Flexibility, creativity, and ability to handle unexpected requests.
