Offer DescriptionThe research activity should be consistent with respect to the declaratory of SSD AGRI07/A and aimed at achieving the objectives defined by the PRIN project - Call 2022 "AVICS (Advanced Vertical Indoor Cultivation Systems), i. e.
the evaluation of the technical performance in terms of food quality obtained by means of high-efficiency vertical farming technologies.
Experience in food science and technology with special reference to issues related to analytical characterization and study of antioxidant properties of plant matrices is required.
Good knowledge of the English language is essential.
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset.
