Responsibilities / TasksSourcingBased on pre-alignment with Strategic Buyer, either drives or supports total cost reduction, payment terms improvement supplier-led innovation initiativesRuns RfX, negotiations, and Purchase OrdersMonitors and strives for compliance adherence of relevant stakeholders to procurement processes policies (Contract management, competitive bidding, sourcing, PR approval etc.

)Supplier Management – for each vendor assigned to the role for Supplier Account Manager (SAM):Acts as last contact for escalations (cost, quality, service, compliance…)1st contact for information about the main supplier accountMonitor manage supplier risks (e. g.

within Ariba SRM, GEA Scorecard…)Owns the supplier roadmap / development planConducts business review meetings leads the key negotiations (with relevant stakeholders)Owns sustainability scorecard in Ecovadis and other sustainability actionsFor preferred suppliers - Ensures systematic involvement in new projects/developmentsSupports qualification implementation in new entitiesMonitor supplier capacity and/or lead times and take related actions accordinglyWhen applicable - Maintains the main framework agreement (and/or NDA, COCSS v4) in Ariba CLMPurchasingCreate/process and follow up on purchase ordersYour Profile / QualificationsEducational BackgroundPreferred University, bachelor's degree in engineering or EconomicsProcurement or Supply chain Certification (optional)Professional Knowledge and ExperiencesProject Buyer:5+ Experience in procurement processesKnow-how contract managementCost analysis and managementCultural AwarenessExperience with implementation of corporate procurementWork experience in complex organizationsNegotiation experienceSystems: Ariba, S2P, SAPExperience on manufacturing componentsOther Skills CompetenciesProject Buyer:Internal stakeholder /supplier relationship managementVery good analytical capabilities and problem-solving skillsTakes ownership of the work, successes and mistakesServices and delivery expertNegotiation ExpertContract experienceCommercial/analytical and engagement skillsEnglish (fluent)Did we spark your interest?
