Our Client in one of major Italian General Contractor since the early 1900.

For an important project based in Algeria - Five Star Hotel in the center of the Capital - Algeri, We are looking for a Cost Controller - French speaking - who will join the team to manage the project order budget.

The project will last around 2 years.

- Developing, controlling, planning, and forecasting the project's budget.

- Ensuring the project will be completed within the approved budget and minimize the deflection from it

- Responsibility on cost management and budget distribution.

- According with Project Manager, He/She will be in charge of analyze cost reports, and value management. , monitoring standard KPI on the order

- Reporting and escalating to management as needed;

- Communicate project's cost performance, concerns, and recovery plans to the project team

- Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial

analysis;

- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects

Must Have:

- French Speaking

- Solid technical background.

- Excellent internal communication skills and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
