The resource will be placed within the company and will be responsible for:

Understanding of project deliverables;Creation of project baseline in execution phase;Preparation of planning and control documents in accordance with project requirements (Milestones Plan, Project Summary Schedules, 90-day Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Detailed Schedule)Hourly resource and revenue allocation, productivity analysis;Re-planning and drafting action plan/mitigation plan;Drafting monthly progress reporting, visualization via dashboard, S-Curve creation;Periodic site inspections and meetings (mainly Milan);REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction or architectureExperience in general contracting, EPC contracting or engineering firms/companiesGood knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 and MS ProjectExcellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPointStrong motivation to fit into a dynamic environmentKnowledge of risk management techniques is a plusA salary and position commensurate with experience is offered as well as a work environment that will ensure strong professional growth.

WORK AREA: Milan with availability for short trips.

LEVEL OF SENIORITY: 3 years of industry experience.
