Project Control Engineer

Main Responsibilities: The Project Control Engineer, following the guidelines given by the Responsible and under the supervision of the Project Control Coordinator, is responsible for the following main activities during both the proposal and execution phases: Supporting the development of the budget of competence. Preparing the proposal schedule according to the details defined by the Proposal Manager. Preparing project planning control documents in compliance with the Project/Contract requirements. Drafting project control reports, outputs, and presentations upon request of the Sales Manager/Project Manager. Drafting Project Schedules by structuring necessary logic/data and implementing the approved Project Schedule. Performing Critical Path Analysis and developing the Schedule Commentary. Cooperating in performing periodical schedule control, assessing physical progress, and forecasting completion. Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring schedule deviations and recommending corrective actions. Executing time impact analysis for potential changes. Monitoring and controlling manhour expenditure and productivity trends. Performing periodical control activities to assess project forecasts in terms of revenues, costs, and profitability. Supporting the preparation and timely update of Cost Control documents and Periodical Reports. Evaluating cost impacts and contingency allocation due to potential variations. Providing relevant project information to support Project Manager's decisions. Cooperating in collecting data and information necessary for future development of the Company's database and proper filling of the Project Close-out report. Additionally, the Project Control Engineer is expected to provide feedback on problems/deviations, stay updated on technical improvements, and be proficient in using necessary Company Tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, AMS, etc. Required Skills: 3/4 years of experience in similar roles, covering both cost management and planning and scheduling. Preferred On-site experience in same role. Excellent use of SAP, MS Office system and Primavera software. Fluent English. Attitude for Self-management for project development and completion. Analysis and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Team-oriented, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution. Attention to details, strong communications and interpersonal skills.
