Our global client with manufacturing facilities in Southern Ireland is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing programme.

This state-of-the-art facility houses high-technology and next-generation processes to produce OTC and Oral Care Products that are distributed throughout the Globe.

As such, they are looking for a Project Planner to join their Florence, Italy based project. Responsibilities:Overseeing the process suite transfer into the new site and prepare the suite for readiness. Working on behalf of the client - representing the business' interest and managing suppliers. Qualification and readiness of the department & process transfer. Tracking and managing project activity, coordinating twice weekly meetings with the project team and reporting back. Maintaining existing scheduling; the candidate will not be starting from scratch. Requirements:P6 / Primavera experience. Previous experience in Pharma / BioTech. Scheduling experience. Stakeholder management. Project planning experience.
